How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to becoming a physician, William M. Craven, M.D., was a professional NFL player with the Cleveland Browns and professional WFL player with the Philadephia Bells. He is fellowship trained in orthopaedic surgery with the American Institute of Sports Medicine in Birmingham, AL. While he treats patients of all ages with all types of orthopaedic conditions, he has a focused interest in conditions of the knees and shoulder.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small orthopaedic group that believes in providing personalized, quality orthopaedic care. We are able to give our patients the individualized attention they deserve while providing state of art orthopaedic services. We provide in office diagnostic studies and physical therapy to provide convenience to our patients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, one location.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also participate with Care Credit for patients needing special financial arrangements. We participate with most insurance plans and will bill insurance for the services rendered in our office.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Tues and Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; and Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment we receive from our patients is the referral of their family and friends. A large number of our patients are previous patients who return to our practice when the need arises.
